• All participants must register before the tournament start date
• Entry fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed
• Players must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time
• Fair play rules apply - any form of cheating will result in disqualification
• Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify rules if necessary
