Code of Conduct

Guidelines and terms every Chess Corner member is expected to uphold.

Club Rules

  1. 1Respect other members and coaches at all times.
  2. 2Always arrive minimum of five (5) minutes early to chess club. Never be late.
  3. 3No food, drink, or music is allowed at the club.
  4. 4No irrelevant discussions unless it is talks about chess or chess club.
  5. 5Report every concern and damages of club materials immediately to the coach.
  6. 6Fighting is strongly prohibited and will lead to an immediate suspension.
  7. 7Constantly breaking the club rules will result in a revoke of your membership.
  8. 8Even when you win or lose, you must act like a gentleman towards your opponent.
  9. 9Club members will dress properly and must play chess games.
  10. 10Absence without prior permission will result in a penalty.

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1Club Membership is confirmed by submission of form and full payment of dues.
  2. 2The Club will provide learning materials and a safe and conducive environment for learning.
  3. 3A kid who arrives at the club is only allowed to leave at the end of the meeting or in case of an emergency.
  4. 4Members are entitled to the club's training facilities on club days.
  5. 5The club holds the right to decide the fair disciplinary action on the members.
  6. 6The club will not cover running costs for tournaments outside the club.
  7. 7The Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions with proper notice.
  8. 8Anybody can join the chess club if they are confirmed to have met the requirements.
